Last year at CNY I couldn't stop eating them at your house. I'm glad you're selling them this year.
They are simply amazing! Everyone I bought them for (myself included) says they are the best they've ever tasted. And I have eaten half their share too.
My hubby is going to order more right now. :)

hey what can I say.. Just 3 words to describe your pineapple tart 'Simply the Best'. Hey so I heard them say it has gone all the way to America.. Wow excellent I am sure it will reach all parts of the world..People, I have tried 'The Baking Trays' pineapple tart its awesome, rare, enticing.. The outer crust is so cushiony..the pineapple inside is so smooth..well its hard to describe by words.. Taste and experience it..so wat you waiting for email them ppl.... Definitely the most melt-in-the mouth crust I have ever tasted. If you like the hard crunchy type, then my advice is that you stay away!

You got to try it!  I've been buying them as gifts and even passing them to my Hong Kong friends who really liked them very much!  Yummy.
